These park in the western corner of the country both Mahale Mountains and Gombe Stream National park are bordered westward with the great world’s deepest Lake Tanganyika. 3 nights in Mahale and 3 nights in Gombe via Kigoma town will be enough for you to enjoy and explore the areas. Day 1: Transfer to Mahale Mountains National Park

Depart Arusha on a shared charter flight to Mahale National Park scheduled for Monday or Thursday. On arrival pick up and transfer to the lodge by boat. Hot Lunch at the camp/lodge followed by afternoon Chimpanzee Tracking in the forest. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2: Mahale Mountains National Park

After breakfast it’s a time to depart for Chimpanzee tracking in the forest. Enjoy hot lunch at the lodge then have an adventurous boat safari where you will have some Bird Watching and Game viewing. Dinner and overnight at lodge

Day 3:Mahale Mountains National Park

After breakfast, we will continue with Chimpanzee Tracking activity in the forest. Enjoy some hot Lunch at the Lodge after which you could do some fishing in the Lake. Dinner and overnight at lodge

Day 4: Transfer to the Lake for a boat to Kigoma

Transfer to the Lake for a boat to Kigoma town after breakfast. You will be met upon arrival and transfer to Kigoma Hilltop Hotel. Have some Hot Lunch at the hotel after which you will be transferred back to the Lake for a boat to Gombe Stream National Park. Dinner and overnight at lodge

Day 5: Kakombe Water Falls

Depart after breakfast for some Chimpanzee Tracking activity in the forest then climb to Kakombe Water Falls time permitting. Retrun to Gombe camp for dinner and overnight. Dinner and overnight at lodge

Day 6: Gombe Stream National Park

Depart after breakfast for Chimpanzee Tracking activity in the forest then Climb to Jane’s Peak. Meals and Overnight at Gombe Camp

Day 7: Departure

Transfer to the Lake after breakfast for a boat to Kigoma town. Met upon arrival and transfer to Kigoma Hilltop Hotel for hot Lunch. Do some city tour of Kigoma and Ujiji Town. Transfer to the Airport for Precisionair Flight to Dar/Arusha.
